Riamiruka

This is a school known as Riamiruka Academy Self Help Group. It comprises of 60 members who are mainly disadvantaged children in this community.The school is within their easy reach and manned by a voluntary group of staff members who work hard for the benefit of these children.There are also widows,widowers and of course orphans.

Besides educational activities, the volunteers have introduced kitchen gardening,dairy cattle and poultry for income generating purposes.

The adults use these activities to assist the volunteers and the children in the school by giving some little cash.

The school lacks funds for its operations. It also needs dairy and poultry materials to enhance production.At times we also lack funds to buy pesticides for our horticultural activities as these are sold at prohibitive prices.

It will be highly appreciateful if it gets external funding was availed to this organisation in order to help,improve,expand and run the group effectively.
